- C&J SEALCOATING is a 2nd generation local & family owned asphalt seal company that began by my late father in 1986. (My father was in sealing & asphalt trade for almost 2 decades prior) I wanted to assist my father in sealing asphalt way back in 1988 at age of 12 years old. I would assist him every summer and learned many lessons along the way. I am the estimator, sales and the guy that not only sealcoating your asphalt, I will also take great care of your property, with stress free customer service with 37 years of sealing asphalt driveways.

My process of professionally sealcoating your asphalt goes as this.
I edge your grass along where asphalt meets your grass for manicured appearance.
I power broom the asphalt to remove dirt/debris off the asphalt.
Treat oil spots and certain chemical stains for sealer to stick. (Some stains may bleed out)
Apply 400 degree Rubber into the major cracks to help protect from creating new cracks and to slow down the deteriation of asphalt. (Apron filling are extra charge)
I apply my special mix of sealcoat with rubbers and sand to give your asphalt great protection from the MN CLIMATE aka sun, rain, snow, road salts, dirt & wear n tear. (No big box store sealers ever used)
Once Completed I rope off with my custom barrier tape and be the envy of your neighbors by hiring Scottie Jermstad of C&J SEALCOATING
Payments I accept are checks, cash money or credit payments by VENMO (ADD 2% to price)
Do offer discount if you add a neighbor or family member also. Jobs need to be done same time/day. Depends of the distance of jobs and condition of the asphalt.
I seal within 20 miles of my central location of Brooklyn Park MN.
